The Business Analyst collaborates with diverse stakeholders across the organization to understand the business objectives driving strategic digital initiatives. The role leads the execution of key digital programs, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination across IT, Products, Marketing, and relevant Business units. It oversees timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery. The Business Analyst also prepares senior and executive-level reports, providing insights and updates on the performance and progress of digital initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Leads the execution of strategic digital transformation initiatives and cross?functional programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manages project timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Facilitates effective coordination and communication across IT, Product, Marketing, and relevant business units.
- Prepares and delivers senior and executive?level reports, providing clear updates, insights, and recommendations on digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or any related field
Experience Required
- 2-5 years' experience in project management, business analysis, strategy, digital innovation, or technology-driven project delivery.
- 2-5 years' experience supporting or managing digital transformation initiatives, launch of digital products/services or technology?driven projects or programs, including planning, budgeting, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
- Prior experience in agile delivery environments (SaFe, Scrum, Kanban) including working closely with product owners and development teams.
