Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and enthusiastic Business Analyst to work as a business processer and collaborate with a cross-functional team to build process in our business Software Solution.
- He will work closely with the Business and IT team to develop and translate a vision for the business and is responsible for communicating that vision to the IT development team.
- He will be responsible for helping to shape the roadmap and oversee the execution of the roadmap.
- This includes defining requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and driving scalability and other business requirements for the ERP.
- Deep Business process knowledge must be developed to serve all business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with top management business process owners to translate business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
- Maintain an appropriately prioritized project tracker of user wish list for implementation.
- Work with stakeholders to determine scope and priorities for application / product development cycles.
- Work with development teams to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and design great features for our stakeholders.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Bridge the gap between technical needs and the requirements of users including providing detailed product requirements for implementation of changes to our systems.
Requirements
Education:
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, higher or the equivalent, preferably in relevant technical fields such as Computer Science, Analytics, etc.
Experience:
- Experience with ERP system technology, and deep business understanding of ERP domains.
- Expertise in communicating progress at each phase of development as appropriate, including published roadmaps, requirements, and other information.
- Preference: 10+years of experience as a product owner / ERP process development / Business process analyst in an Agile development environment.
