Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, analyze processes, and recommend data-driven strategies to drive organizational success.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Business Analysts with gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document reviews.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain user stories and other project documentation.
- Participate in project planning meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including developers, IT, and other business units, to ensure project goals are met.
- Conduct user testing and provide feedback to developers.
- Prepare presentations and training materials for new processes or systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all project activities and documentation.
- Research and recommend new tools and technologies that can improve business analysis processes.
- Stay up to date on current trends and best practices in business analysis.
- Perform every other duties as assigned
