DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide centralized coordination of all the activities of the Transaction Banking Group
  • Monitor the performance of the Group on various Key Performance Indices
  • Liaise with BPM for scorecard management of all teams in Transaction Banking Group
  • Coordinate the development of the Group’s strategy and drive attainment.
  • Coordinate Group Retreats, QPR meetings and other related activities of the Group
  • Monitor adherence to and implementation of agreed strategies for the Group
  • Provide coordinated support at a Group level to Business Units in responding to requests including QPR participation, data provision and analysis of performance, by ensuring the Group is adequately represented at such sessions and relevant information are disseminated.
  • Interface with all units of the Transaction Banking Group to ensure excellent service delivery to both internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate performance reporting of Transaction Banking products and services on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis to management (MANCO, ALCO, and Board) and bank-wide for business decisions.
  • Coordinate liaison with HCMD on HR requirements of the Group
  • Interface with all stakeholders both internal (Business Units and other departments) and external (vendors and service providers) to provide consolidated Transaction Banking Information
  • Develop and review TB products development and reporting templates for the Group
  • Coordinate all TB internal/external communication in liaison with M&CC.
  • Track and monitor timely performance of deliverables (e.g. customer solution deployments, issues resolutions, etc.) across all units of TB and report same to Group Head TB.
  • Perform industry competitive benchmarking to review TB products performance compared to other banks.
  • Prepare and ensure the implementation of TB operational/administrative budget and monitor full compliance 
  • As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education 

  • First Degree in any discipline

Experience 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking  with significant experience (3 years at least) in product development capacity
