Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced CCTV Sales Personnel to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of CCTV and surveillance products to potential clients. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's CCTV and surveillance product line.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective lead-generation strategies.
Quotation and Proposal Creation:
- Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for customers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and potential business expansion opportunities.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in CCTV and surveillance system sales.
- Strong understanding of security technology and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Technical background or certification in security systems is advantageous.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CCTV sales or a related field.
