Chief Information Officer at Verraki

Responsibilities

  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by senior management.
  • Evaluate, modify, and create information systems policies and procedures.
  • Developing IT budgets and forecasts within the organization.
  • Formulate and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve the company’s infrastructure, systems and network.
  • Manage teams and assign employees to various parts of the process.
  • Provide leadership to technology teams and engagements.
  • Manage a portfolio of technology projects to meet cost, scope, and schedule constraints.
  • Develop key performance indicators and SLAs and manage same.
  • Develop policies for internal IT operations to drive the attainment of SLAs.
  • Define the enterprise architecture in conjunction with current and future requirements.
  • Keep track of the daily progress of projects in development.
  • Provide oversight to daily technology operations to ensure the smooth run of Business-as-Usual processes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • HND or B.Sc. Computer Science, Elect – Elect or similar degree.
  • Masters degree is desirable but not compulsory.
  • ITIL, MSCA, CCNA, CCNPA, PMP, Scrum Master.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Must possess Interpersonal and Communication and Effective Presentation Skills.
  • Ownership Mentality and Negotiation skills are required.
  • Good Problem-Solving and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills and Business Acumen.
  • Knowledge of French Language is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of IT Service Management.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, Network security, and IT Governance.
  • Ability to create and manage IT Policies, Processes and Procedures.
  • Must be skilled at ERP solutions, especially SAP.
