Job Description:

  • As the CTO, you will be at the forefront of shaping our technical landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring the seamless operation of our gaming platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Oversee and provide strategic direction for technical infrastructure, platforms, and software development.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Team Management: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the IT and technical teams, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the highest standards of data security, compliance, and integrity of technical systems.
  • Technology Trends: Stay abreast of technology trends and advancements, incorporating relevant innovations into our systems.
  • Executive Collaboration: Work closely with other executives to align technology strategies with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in the gaming or betting industry.
  • Skills: Strong technical and project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian gaming industry and relevant technologies.
  • Leadership: Effective team leadership skills, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience
