Role Description
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team full-time in Ibadan. As the CTO, you will oversee all technology-related initiatives at Cirvee, ensuring that our IT infrastructure, software development, and product offerings are aligned with our mission of delivering top-tier education. You will also play a key role in shaping and implementing our IT strategy, developing innovative solutions, and leading the technological growth of the academy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance learning experiences and operational efficiency.
- Lead the architecture of systems and platforms for effective course delivery and management.
- Spearhead product development initiatives, including potential online learning platforms and apps.
- Manage and mentor a growing team of tech professionals, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Ensure IT systems are secure, scalable, and cost-effective.
- Stay updated on industry trends to recommend and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
