Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Innovation – Develop and execute a cutting-edge technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Network & Infrastructure Management – Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of telecom networks, IT infrastructure, and digital platforms.
- Emerging Technologies – Drive the adoption of 5G, AI, IoT, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance & Security – Ensure compliance with NCC regulations, data protection laws, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Build strategic partnerships with vendors, regulators, and technology providers.
- Operational Efficiency – Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability to improve customer experience.
- Leadership & Team Development – Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in technology leadership roles within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong expertise in network architecture, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in 5G deployment, cloud solutions, AI, and IoT integration.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of telecom regulations, cybersecurity protocols, and industry trends.
