JOB SUMMARY
The CTO is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership across all aspects of technology development and implementation. You will oversee the software development process, from project initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and timelines. Additionally, you will lead the recruitment, training, and development of technical talent, foster a culture of innovation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
SCOPE AND IMPACT As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), the incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of the company, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. They will lead a team of software developers and engineers, oversee projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver highquality software products that meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
- Help departments use technology profitably
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Build quality assurance and data protection processes
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
