Job Description
The Cinematographer/ Video Editor shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:
- Write or adapt a story into a script.
- Create visually stunning video assets and other video content with high visual impact
- Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy.
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
- Perform video and audio editing based on story sequence and continuity.
- Ensure logical sequencing running of video/film.
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.

Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage
- Must be able to operate drones
- Must be a seasoned editor
- Must be knowledgeable about motion graphics
- Must be able to actualize the vision of the brand concept.
Competences and Qualities:
- Conversant with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc. and a good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as it applies video post-production.
- Must be a creative mind and possess a great storytelling skill.
- In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including operations, product and service offerings, players, key trends and growth drivers.
- Must have an artistic vision, ability to conceptualize, creativity, pay attention to detail, and ability to both give and follow given instructions.
