Position Overview
- The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative visual content that strengthens the university’s brand identity and enhances marketing and communication efforts.
- The role requires a creative thinker with strong design skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters, and annual reports.
- Develop engaging digital content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
- Develop visual concepts for events, conferences, and executive programmes.
- Edit and produce basic multimedia content (videos, motion graphics where applicable).
- Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain and update the university’s visual identity guidelines.
Requirements & Competencies
- Degree or professional certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
