Radix Pension Managers is a licensed Pension Fund Administrator ("PFA”) by the National Pension Commission ("PenCom”). On February 15, 2017, Radix Capital Partners Limited, a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) licensed investment banking firm acquired majority share interest in IGI Pension Managers Limited, a company previously owned by IGI Plc. Further to this acquisition, a new Board of Directors and executive management team was constituted to lead the company.
Role Summary
- To manage and continually improve the Customer Service experience for Radix Pension customers to ensure Radix Pension remains a leader in Customer Service and has a strong Brand in the industry.
Job Description
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Have adept knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer customer inquiries
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Implement marketing strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
- Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and create reports
- Assist in advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Assist in organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
Qualifications
- First degree in any discipline from a reputable higher institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Candidate must have experience working in the Pension sector.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with and an understanding of market research
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
