Radix Pension Managers is a licensed Pension Fund Administrator ("PFA”) by the National Pension Commission ("PenCom”). On February 15, 2017, Radix Capital Partners Limited, a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) licensed investment banking firm acquired majority share interest in IGI Pension Managers Limited, a company previously owned by IGI Plc. Further to this acquisition, a new Board of Directors and executive management team was constituted to lead the company.

Role Summary

  • To manage and continually improve the Customer Service experience for Radix Pension customers to ensure Radix Pension remains a leader in Customer Service and has a strong Brand in the industry.

Job Description

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Have adept knowledge of our products inside and out so that you can answer customer inquiries
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Implement marketing strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
  • Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and create reports
  • Assist in advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  • Assist in organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots

Qualifications

  • First degree in any discipline from a reputable higher institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Candidate must have experience working in the Pension sector.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with and an understanding of market research
  • Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
