Job Overview
- We seeking to hire a Cloud Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate should be able to supervise the Bank’s cloud computing system, and maintain all cloud systems including the front-end platforms, servers, storage, and management networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a well-informed cloud strategy and manage the adaption process.
- Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software.
- Develop and organize cloud systems.
- Work closely with IT security to monitor the company's cloud privacy.
- Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
- Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company
- Effectively articulate complicated cloud reports to management and other IT development partners
- Perform other duties as assigned by Head, IT Infrastructure
Skills/Competencies
- Solid understanding of cloud computing and technology systems, as well as experience designing and transferring applications to the cloud
- Excellent knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends
- Knowledge of automated testing
- Experience with cloud technologies, such as Azure and AWS
- Good knowledge in big data technologies
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Experience creating and maintaining databases
- Experience working with Agile development technologies
- Provide overall team guidance and fix all escalations
- Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in DevOps practices

Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience designing, executing, and supporting IT cloud solutions
- 4-6 years of relevant software design and development experience
Desirable
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline
- Relevant professional certifications
