About the Job

To provide analytical and administrative support to the Route to Market Project, providing timely and accurate reports and insights across the value chain and performance tracking on all sales indices and parameters.

What you'll be doing

  • Single Point of Contact for all data analysis relating to the RTM model
  • Collate and evaluate reports to increase general sales productivity.
  • Analyze reports and highlight areas of weakness and strength based on agreed baseline for operational changes and action
  • Evaluate and manage performance trend from reports and evaluate performance calculated against set targets
  • Develop and prepare the reporting structure, presentation slides and models that clearly shows performance from different clusters and highlight agree baseline for action with management.
  • Periodic and timely publishing of reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts
  • Decompose high-level information into details and give general understanding and recommendation to stake holders

What we are looking for 

  • 2-5 years’ experience in data management
  • Prior Data Analysis Experience 
  • Business Analytics
  • Reporting sharing to Executive level
  • Expertise with Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Sound knowledge of market dynamics, consumer, product, and competition. 
  • Be attentive to details
