Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Communication & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Communication and Marketing within the construction industry.
- This role is crucial for managing the procurement process and ensuring the delivery of projects within budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform tactical decisions; leverage data for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including graphic designers, PR agencies, and media outlets.
- Organize promotional events, webinars, and community outreach programs to promote brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and communication strategies, making adjustments as necessary.
- Foster a positive working environment, encouraging team collaboration and innovation.
Measurable Feedback
Success in this role will be evaluated based on key performance indicators (KPIs), including but not limited to:
- Increase in brand engagement metrics (social media followers, website traffic, etc.).
- Growth in successful outreach metrics (event attendance, newsletter sign-ups, etc.).
- Achievement of defined campaign goals (lead generation, conversion rates, etc.).
- Improvement in overall brand perception through stakeholder feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field from a recognized Private University (preferred).
- A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in managing campaigns from conception to execution and analysis.
