Job Description:
- We are currently hiring for the position of an experienced Communications/Digital Brand Manager for our client, a Media/Communications/IT company in Lagos. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies and plans and also manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines and display advertising
Key responsibilities:
- Craft and distribute internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and company announcements
- Manage and update the organisation's digital communication platforms.
- Oversees and leads the digital marketing team, setting goals, and providing direction.
- Develops comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manages budgets and allocates resources for various campaigns
- Oversee the entire social media platform, YouTube and other content distribution platform
- Identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market
- Coordinate and manage corporate events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media communications, digital marketing or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, youtube and display advertising
- Proficient in marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
