- You will also serve as the point person for HR communication and act as a central hub for internal and external communications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Create highquality content for various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and internal communications.
- Manage all aspects of HR communication, including employee onboarding, announcements, and policy updates.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Stay uptodate on the latest communication trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in a communication or content creation role.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in social media marketing and content management systems (CMS) a plus.
- Experience with HR communication practices preferred.
