Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and self-driven Communications Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and brand communications. The ideal candidate must possess a strategic mind, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing internal and external communications in a dynamic organization.
You will be a key voice in shaping how Just Inches communicates its brand narrative, connects with stakeholders, and influences public perception.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with company objectives.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for web, social media, press, and internal platforms.
- Drive the digital marketing strategy including email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
- Lead social media management across platforms — ensuring brand consistency, engagement growth, and real-time responsiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Manage internal communications to foster alignment, motivation, and brand culture within the team.
- Monitor media trends, public sentiment, and campaign performance using analytics tools and provide strategic insights.
- Craft compelling messaging for PR, press releases, speeches, product launches, and public appearances.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, strategy, product, and executive teams to ensure brand cohesion.
- Handle communication crisis management and reputation monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in communications, marketing, PR, or brand management.
- Proven leadership in driving communications strategies and content initiatives.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong creative direction and aesthetic sense.
- Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environment.
- Previous experience in a communications agency or media-related field is a plus.
