- We are hiring for aproactive and people-oriented professional with 2–4 years’ experience in community management, hospitality, or real estate marketing.
- Skilled in creating engagement strategies, managing online groups, organizing community events, and maintaining strong relationships with residents or clients. Excellent communication, social media, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage the organization’s community platforms.
- Develop creative campaigns to enhance engagement.
- Respond to inquiries and moderate discussions.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams.
- Monitor and analyze community performance.
- Identify and nurture brand advocates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 – 4 years’ experience managing online/offline communities.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Creative and passionate about community engagement.
- Knowledge of digital and social media tools.
