Background: Community Management, Marketing, Real Estate

A leading Real Estate firm is seeking a Community Manager to drive engagement and foster meaningful relationships within our community. This role is vital in building and maintaining a thriving ecosystem of clients, property owners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship building, strategic communication, and community development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute community engagement strategies to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive communication plans across various channels to keep the community informed and engaged.
  • Create and implement content strategies that resonate with community members and align with business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and execute community events, both virtual and in-person, to strengthen relationships and drive engagement.
  • Monitor community sentiment and gather feedback to improve services and experience.
  • Analyze community metrics and prepare regular reports on engagement, growth, and retention.
  • Manage and optimize CRM tools to track community interactions and maintain relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to community members.
  • Implement retention strategies to maintain and grow community participation.
  • Address community concerns and provide timely, professional responses to inquiries.
  • Create and maintain community guidelines and best practices.
  • Drive initiatives to increase community acquisition and retention within the first 3 months.
  • Develop and manage community engagement budgets effectively.
  • Stay current with real estate market trends and share relevant insights with the community.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Identify opportunities for community growth and implement strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing online and offline communities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful community events.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
