Key Responsibilities
- Foster meaningful interactions by creating engaging content, discussions, and initiatives.
- Grow the community through targeted outreach, partnerships, and retention strategies.
- Act as the voice and advocate of the community internally.
- Manage community platforms (social media, forums, newsletters, groups).
- Create and share relevant updates, announcements, and resources that align with the community's needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and conversations.
- Identify and empower community champions/ ambassadors to support engagement.
- Ensure members feel valued, heard, and included.
- Organize and oversee community events (virtual or physical), webinars, and conferences.
- Gather feedback from members to tailor programs to their needs.
Requirements:
- BSC or it Equivalent in any related field
- 2-3 years of experience in community Management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
