Key Responsibilities

  • Foster meaningful interactions by creating engaging content, discussions, and initiatives.
  • Grow the community through targeted outreach, partnerships, and retention strategies.
  • Act as the voice and advocate of the community internally.
  • Manage community platforms (social media, forums, newsletters, groups).
  • Create and share relevant updates, announcements, and resources that align with the community's needs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, feedback, and conversations.
  • Identify and empower community champions/ ambassadors to support engagement.
  • Ensure members feel valued, heard, and included.
  • Organize and oversee community events (virtual or physical), webinars, and conferences.
  • Gather feedback from members to tailor programs to their needs.

Requirements:

  • BSC or it Equivalent in any related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in community Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset.
