Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the product’s presence on key platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Create and publish high-quality, engaging, and interactive content (graphics, videos, threads, blog posts, and polls) that resonates with fintech audiences.
- Monitor conversations around the brand, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement.
- Build and nurture an active online community, driving meaningful discussions, fostering loyalty, and addressing user concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages across social platforms, collaborating with the customer service team where necessary.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media and community engagement metrics, using insights to improve performance and drive continuous growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for social media.
- Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools.
- Experience with Canva, and content creation is a plus.
