Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the product’s presence on key platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube), ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Create and publish high-quality, engaging, and interactive content (graphics, videos, threads, blog posts, and polls) that resonates with fintech audiences.
  • Monitor conversations around the brand, industry trends, and competitors to identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Build and nurture an active online community, driving meaningful discussions, fostering loyalty, and addressing user concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer queries, comments, and messages across social platforms, collaborating with the customer service team where necessary.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media and community engagement metrics, using insights to improve performance and drive continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Passion for social media.
  • Excellent content writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools.
  • Experience with Canva, and content creation is a plus.
