Job Summary:
- The Community Mobilizers will engage communities to support the implementation of YPHO’s programs, ensuring active participation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with community leaders and members to promote program activities.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and organize community meetings.
- Facilitate the participation of communities in project design and implementation.
- Collect feedback from community members to inform project improvements.
- Work closely with program staff to ensure activities are culturally appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in community mobilization.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Fluency in local languages is an asset.
