We are looking for a creative and strategic Content & Community Lead to shape and manage Renmoney’s content strategy across all digital platforms. This role will be responsible for producing engaging content that supports customer education, brand storytelling, lifecycle performance, and savings plan adoption. You will also lead our community-building efforts, including managing influencer programs and user-generated content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports performance, retention, and brand-building goals.
- Create and manage a cross-channel content calendar (social, lifecycle, blog, email, app) aligned with business priorities.
- Write, edit, and curate high-quality content that drives engagement, savings plan adoption, and repeat usage.
- Launch and scale influencer, creator, and UGC campaigns to drive acquisition and brand relevance.
- Partner with Brand, Growth, Product, and Creative teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Use data and insights to continuously optimize content performance (e.g. reach, CTR, retention impact).
- Own Renmoney’s voice across platforms, ensuring tone consistency and content clarity.
- Lead community engagement and social listening to strengthen customer trust and advocacy.
- Proactively test and apply AI tools for ideation, editing, repurposing, and automation - to improve speed, reduce costs, and scale content output.
Requirements
- 5+ years in content marketing, social media, or digital communications.
- Proven experience leading content or community strategy for a consumer brand.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and campaign execution.
- Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance metrics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple content streams.
- Strong collaboration, planning, and communication skills.
