Job Summary

As a Content and Copywriter Lead, you will be responsible for guiding content strategy, creating engaging content and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, grow customer interaction, foster brand loyalty, and support business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand is effectively communicated across various platforms and marketing videos. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional writing skills as well as a deep understanding of SEO content creation, case study development, and white paper writing.

Job Details

  • Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and target audiences, and conduct thorough research to identify content opportunities, industry trends, and keywords for SEO optimization.
  • SEO Content Writing: Lead the creation of SEO-optimized content for various digital channels, including blog posts, website pages, and social media. Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithms to enhance online visibility.
  • Case Study Development: Collaborate with product teams and clients to create compelling case studies that showcase the effectiveness and success of our products/services. Transform technical information into accessible and engaging case study narratives.
  • White Paper Creation: Lead the development of in-depth white papers that explore industry trends, thought leadership, and provide valuable insights to our audience. Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and depth in white paper content.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content and copywriters, providing guidance on projects, quality control, and professional development. Conduct regular team meetings to align on content strategies and share best practices.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Coordinate with external partners and agencies when needed for specialized content projects.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance content effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Proven experience in content writing, with a focus on SEO, case studies, and white papers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and content management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
