- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategy and improve engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow our social media presence across different platforms
- Create and edit visual content using design tools for social media and marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all content platforms
- Generate monthly reports on content performance and social media metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong writing and editing skills in English
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Experience with content management systems
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Portfolio of previous content work.
