Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute compelling social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the brand’s marketing team to align content with overall marketing campaigns and goals.
- Manage the brand's social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to continually enhance the brand’s social media presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the fashion industry (2 years+).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a flair for visual storytelling and brand alignment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software, and social media management tools.
