Raedial Farms Limited is a wholly Nigerian-owned and registered company focused on the sustainable management of farms, palm plantations, and livestock with over a decade of experience and a dedicated and efficient workforce of more than 500 people. Our business activities include livestock rearing, crop cultivation, and processing with a focus on the seedling, planting, and processing of Fresh Fruit Bunches of palm, to produce sustainable Crude Palm Oil. With over 65,000 palm trees currently being cultivated on 1500 hectares of land and plans to finalize the acquisition of two more existing Palm Plantations- 10,000 and 5,000 Acres respectively, RAedial Farms Limited is poised to become Nigeria’s top major player in the Agricultural sector.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and informative written content, including articles, blog posts, social media captions, podcasts, website copy, etc.
• Develop visually appealing content, such as graphics, infographics, images, and videos, using design and editing software.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm content ideas and concepts.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content planning.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent and timely content schedule.
• Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and best practices.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and other multimedia professionals when necessary.
• Promote content through various channels, including email marketing, social media, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for content distribution and promotion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• 4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or multimedia production.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), design software, video editing tools, and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous content creation work is highly advantageous.
