Job Description
- Responsible for creating and executing a content strategy that supports our overall business goals and objectives, consistent with our brand voice and messaging.
- Work closely with each subsidiary and teams to develop and manage content across our websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing and communication channels.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure it meets industry best practices and guidelines.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to drive data-based decisions
- Monitor and respond to user comments, inquiries, and feedback across various digital platforms, fostering positive engagement and building brand loyalty.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content for search engines.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure content performance.
- Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to maintain consistency across various channels.
- Knowledge of multimedia content creation, including video, podcasting, and graphic design, is a plus.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and adapt to new technologies.
