Job Description

  • A content creator is responsible for developing and producing engaging content across various platforms, including writing blog posts, creating social media graphics, managing social media accounts, and optimizing content for search engines, with the goal of attracting and engaging a target audience while maintaining brand consistency and aligning with marketing strategies;
  • Candidates are expected to work for 4 days in a week

Key Responsibilities

  • Content ideation and creation: Brainstorming, researching, and developing content concepts for various platforms like blogs, social media, websites, and email newsletters.
  • Copywriting and editing: Writing compelling and informative content, ensuring proper grammar, style, and tone according to brand guidelines.
  • Visual content creation: Designing graphics, creating video content, or managing image libraries to enhance content appeal.
  • Social media management: Scheduling and posting content on social media platforms, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • SEO optimization: Implementing relevant keywords and optimizing content to improve search engine ranking.
  • Content calendar management: Planning and scheduling content releases to align with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Analytics and reporting: Tracking content performance using metrics like website traffic, social engagement, and conversions to inform future strategy.
  • Collaboration with teams: Working with marketing, design, and other departments to ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Understanding of SEO principles
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS)
  • Graphic design skills (preferred)
  • Social media marketing expertise
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities
  • Knowledge of current industry trends
  • Ability to adapt to changing digital landscapes.
