KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content Development: Create compelling and relevant content across various platforms (blogs, articles, social media posts, and newsletters) aligned with our company's branding and lead generation goals.
  • Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent audience engagement and alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Communication Management: Handle internal and external communications effectively, maintaining a cohesive and professional voice for the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing specialist to align content strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Basic Design: Create basic marketing materials, such as social media graphics and flyers, using design tools.
  • Analytics Monitoring: Track social media and website analytics to gain insights into audience engagement and preferences, utilizing data to refine content strategies.
  • Video Creation & Editing Skills: Create explainer videos, animation videos, testimonial videos, promotional videos, and social videos using video creation and editing tools.

PRIORITIZING AREAS:

  • Content Marketing: Emphasize high-quality content creation for engaging potential customers; content should lean towards lead generation
  • Digital Presence: Maintain an active and strategic online presence through social media, email marketing, and our company website.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in content creation, content strategy, and communications coordination.
  • Proficiency in strong content writing, copywriting, and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and basic graphic design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their utilization for business purposes.
  • Video creation and editing skills using video creation and editing tools and software.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret social media and website analytics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
