Role Overview:
Lead I-Train Africa’s content engine, producing high-volume, high-quality content that educates, entertains, and converts across social media platforms.
What You will Do:
- Develop and execute content calendars for 4 brands.
- Produce 60+ reels, 8–12 carousels, and 20+ scripts monthly.
- Manage social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Facebook).
- Create SEO content and use SEO insights to guide content strategy.
- Supervise junior content associates and interns.

- Content strategy, SEO, scripting, storytelling, video production, social media growth.
