Trustcrow is looking for a highly creative Content Creator (Video) / Content Writer to take charge of our brand storytelling through video content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using video to tell Trustcrow’s story, shape our brand identity, and engage our audience across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in developing, producing, and editing video content that effectively communicates our mission, and values..

The successful candidate will marry these characteristics and be able to provide solutions for different business needs while exhibiting good management skills and a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies by planning and implementing creative multimedia campaigns that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Tell Trustcrow’s story through compelling video content by conceptualizing, scripting, shooting, and editing engaging videos that effectively communicate our brand, mission, and services to our target audience.
  • Shape and strengthen our brand identity by creating visually appealing and meaningful video content that aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, the company website, YouTube, webinars, and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring professional production and storytelling standards.
  • Write engaging scripts, blog posts, website copy, and social media captions to complement video storytelling, ensuring clear, concise, and persuasive messaging that resonates with the audience.
  • Manage a structured content calendar to maintain a consistent and timely distribution of video and written content, ensuring alignment with marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Optimize content for performance using SEO best practices by incorporating relevant keywords, metadata, and video descriptions while also analyzing key performance metrics such as engagement rates, watch time, and audience retention.
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies, including contests, surveys, and online events
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop content that supports product launches, promotional activities, customer testimonials, and brand initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats to ensure our video content remains innovative, relevant, and engaging.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content by maintaining uniformity in tone, visual aesthetics, and messaging to strengthen brand recognition and credibility.
  • Experiment with new video formats and creative storytelling techniques to captivate audiences and differentiate Trustcrow’s content in the competitive digital space.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and social media insights to track effectiveness and continuously improve content strategies.
  • Work with designers and other creatives to develop visually engaging graphics, animations, and motion elements that enhance video content and improve audience engagement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in video production, content writing, and social media management.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging content.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and social media best practices.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for visual and written storytelling.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
