About the Role

  • We are seeking a Content Digitization Specialist to support our growing education and training programs. The role involves transforming a wide range of learning resources into organized, digital formats that can be deployed across multiple platforms.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about making educational content accessible and well-structured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert and organize lesson materials (notes, assessments, videos, audios, etc.) into standardized digital formats.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and instructional value.
  • Tag, classify, and structure content into courses, modules, and lessons for easy access and reuse.
  • Maintain digital content repositories and ensure proper version control.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify formatting, readability, and alignment with learning objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with copyright and licensing requirements when handling educational materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Management, Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital content management, instructional design, e-learning, or content operations.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Basic technical skills in file formatting, metadata tagging, and media editing (audio/video) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with educational or training content digitization.
  • Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) or similar platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with academic and technical teams effectively.
