Role Overview
- As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will take part in their content marketing effort, managing social media platforms, coordinating influencer outreach and partnerships, and ensuring marketing campaigns run effectively. You must be data-driven and have a strong understanding of and passion for sports, specifically football.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Manage the company's social media presence, create and schedule posts, engage with our community, and monitor platform performance.
- Support content marketing efforts
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and assist in outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.
- Track and report key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Stay up to date with trends, sports content, and social media to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Creative mindset and an exceptional out-of-the-box thinker.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in content creation.
- Experience managing social media accounts, particularly Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and the ability to manage creator collaborations.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising, community building, and user engagement strategies.
- Passion for sports, football in particular.
