Content Marketing Specialist at Duplo

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Content Marketing Specialist to own and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and customer conversion. You will play a key role in shaping how our audience interacts with Duplo across digital channels, from social media to email campaigns and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Duplo’s short and long-term marketing objectives to drive brand visibility, inbound leads, and conversions.
  • Content Creation & Execution: Write clear, compelling, and error-free content for various platforms — including blog posts, email campaigns, e-books, newsletters, and ad copy.
  • Editorial Oversight: Oversee all content initiatives to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and a positive customer experience.
  • Social Media Management: Build and manage Duplo’s social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Lead content creation, scheduling, analytics, and engagement across platforms and the Duplo Community.
  • SEO & Performance: Apply SEO principles in all content creation to optimize discoverability. Track content performance and derive insights to improve impact.
  • Email Marketing: Write engaging email communications to nurture both existing and prospective client relationships.
  • Community & Events: Support the Marketing Lead in setting up events and activations that grow Duplo’s visibility within the internal and external finance community.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, customer insights, and content best practices to inspire fresh ideas and strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools
  • Experience managing multiple social channels and creating content calendars
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail
  • A portfolio of published content or sample writing projects is a plus
  • Experience working in tech, SaaS, or fintech is a strong advantage
  • Have an eye for brand tone and consistency
