Job Description:
- Santabella Music Empire is seeking a talented and experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the development and execution of our content marketing strategy.
- Reporting to the COO, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative, engaging our audience, and maintaining our position as a thought leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop a strategic roadmap for content marketing initiatives, from concept to implementation. Define the long-term vision and strategy for content data management, with a focus on scalability and maximizing business impact.
- Budget Management: Create and manage the content budget efficiently, with quarterly reports on budget performance to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the content marketing team, monitoring performance and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Collaborate with the people operations department to build a committee of creatives through innovative initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders across departments, particularly A&R and marketing, to ensure alignment and understanding of plans, tactics, and campaigns.
- Content Marketing Execution: Oversee the execution of various content materials across the business and roster, ensuring high quality and alignment with strategic goals.
- ROI Analysis: Manage and report on demand generation campaigns versus KPIs, providing regular dashboards and insights to the COO and other stakeholders. Identify opportunities for improvement and capitalize on successes.
- Process Optimization: Define content design workflows and parameters to drive efficiency and optimization. Continuously review processes to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience and over 8 years of experience in content marketing within the entertainment industry, including TV/streaming services or content production companies.
- Demonstrated experience in developing content marketing strategies that impact business results.
- Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams at all levels.
- Broad experience across content marketing channels and a commitment to testing and learning.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative campaigns and visuals.
- Experience in budget management and project management is essential.
