Job Summary
- As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies that resonate with our target market and audience, showcase the unique value of our SaaS products, and drive engagement across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative content marketing initiatives aligned with company goals and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to understand audience personas, industry trends, and customer pain points to inform content creation
- Create and develop a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, social media, emails, videos, infographics, white-papers, and more
- Optimise content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website
- Cultivate and manage relationships with industry influencers, guest contributors, and partners for collaborative content initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content.
- Utilise various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and partnerships, to distribute and amplify content.
- Monitor content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
- Coordinate with other departments to align content with product launches, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in content consumption patterns to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Apply and promote SeamlessHR culture and core values at all times.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as agreed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a content marketer or similar role.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, content management systems, and analytical tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in creating various types of content such as e-books, white-papers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.
