About the Position:
- Develop and curate engaging social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and monitor brand campaigns to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and goals.
- Work with external agencies to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns.
- Ensure content deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and content for improvement.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience as a Content and Social Media Associate or similar role (preferably with Agency experience).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and social media management tools.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage brand campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO, and keyword research
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights.
