Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts, that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts and other departments to produce informative and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to the company’s branding guidelines.
- Manage and maintain the company\'s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and any other relevant channels.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor social media channels, and interact with followers to increase brand engagement and loyalty.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content strategies and report on the success of campaigns.
- Plan and execute content marketing campaigns to promote cybersecurity services, solutions, and events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
- Ensure the consistency of the company\'s voice, tone, and messaging across all content and social media channels.
- Create visual content, including infographics, videos, and graphics, that supports content and social media strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, social media, and cybersecurity.
- Identify opportunities to leverage trending topics and industry news to create timely and relevant content.
- Work closely with the sales, product, and customer support teams to understand client needs and produce content that addresses common challenges and highlights solutions.
- Partner with external agencies, influencers, and partners to expand content reach and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the cybersecurity or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex cybersecurity topics.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
