Job Summary
The Creative Designer is responsible for crafting visually captivating designs across digital and print platforms. The role requires conceptualising innovative design solutions that align with the brand identity, managing multiple design projects to ensure quality and timely delivery, collaborating on brand image maintenance, and contributing to creative strategies tailored to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Conceptualize and craft visually captivating graphics for diverse digital and print platforms.
- Develop innovative design solutions aligned with brand identity, ensuring cohesive visual representation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design websites, campaigns, and advocacy materials.
Branding:
- Contribute to establishing and preserving a consistent brand image across all communication channels.
- Ensure alignment of visual elements with brand guidelines, working closely with the communications team.
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Lead and oversee multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand design needs and objectives.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and incorporate feedback to improve creative outputs.
Quality Control:
- Perform thorough checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and tools to infuse fresh creativity.
- Maintain an organized file management system for easy retrieval and use of assets.
Creative Strategy:
- Contribute to the development of creative strategies aligned with organizational goals and advocacy campaigns.
- Tailor designs to resonate with target audiences, enhancing engagement and social impact.
Communication:
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationales to non-design stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external vendors/agencies when needed.
- Develop design templates, style guides, and visual storytelling assets for campaigns.
- Support in creating clear and engaging copy to accompany visual assets across platforms.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred).
- Certification or training in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or relevant design software.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design or related field.
- Proven track record/portfolio showcasing innovative and socially impactful designs.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and other design tools.
- Strong video editing and multimedia content creation skills.
- Exceptional creativity with the ability to conceptualize visuals for advocacy and awareness campaigns.
- Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and digital storytelling methods.

Salary: ?250,000 – ?300,000 monthly
