- Manage a content team consisting of content writer, graphic designer, videographer and Editor, Social Media Manager, etc.
- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy and brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
- Build a following on social media, provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
- Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement.
- Ensuring content is clearly communicated; consistent across platforms; and promoting content.
- Take optional ownership of the Content Marketing content creation schedule and have accountability for coordinating the internal task management platform.
- Produce regular reports to provide insight into the performance of content across various marketing channels.
- Work to maintain existing content production whilst continuously researching and recommending new avenues to increase content reach (across written, audio and video)
- Line management of a team of internal content creators, supporting each team member to create a high volume of quality content output drive the wider strategy.
- Hold weekly content team stand ups to aid content planning and optimise team efficiency and work to develop individual team members with monthly performance meetings.
- Mange existing roster of external content contributors, while continually seeking new contributors that specialise in subject matters that align with business priorities.
- Implement, maintain, and refine an SEO strategy to improve the online reach of the client's products.
- Manage the company Furniture, Academy, Mande and Susu Podcast with team.
- Manage Podcasts for Diverse Audiences, Content and Guest Coordination as well as episode Scheduling and Publishing.
- Develop and maintain podcast schedule while working with your team to determine when each episode will be recorded, as well as ensuring that each episode is edited and published on schedule.
- Organizing and scheduling recording sessions which might involve coordinating with guests and other team members to find a time that works for everyone, as well as booking a space or equipment needed to record the podcast.
- Ensuring that all equipment is ready and in working order which might encompass setting up microphones, making sure there are enough equipment, cables and testing all the monitors well beforehand so you can mitigate any issues that come up before it's time to record.
