Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Blog Management:
- Research, write, edit, and publish high-quality blog posts in fluent English.
- Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Visual Content & Design:
- Create eye-catching graphics, infographics, and thumbnails using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Edit and format images/videos for social media and blog posts.
- Ensure brand consistency in visuals and tone.
Social Media Management:
- Schedule and share blog posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow the online community.
- Track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions).
Key Requirements:
- BSc degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant field
- 2 years minimum in content creation, SEO management, and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal English (grammar, creativity, and clarity).
- Experience managing blogs and social media platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Understanding SEO and content marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Video editing skills (for Reels/TikTok/Youtube).
