Mission Objective

  • The Communications Department provides strategic and creative services in communications critical to achieving the organization’s mission through fostering effective stakeholder engagement, building brand awareness, and promoting the organization's key messages. Providing overall media support to EHA Clinics in scaling it’s mission.
  • As a Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator in our healthcare organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital and offline marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, enhance our online presence, and engage with our target audience effectively. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of marketing and communications, including social media management, content creation, content writing, email marketing, media relations, event management, impact reporting, SEO, and analytics.

Duties & Responsibilities 

PURPOSE

  • Guide and manage internal communications (memos, templates, newsletters, campaigns, events, etc.). Develop targeted brand messaging to convey mission, vision, strategy, impact, and success in keeping with EHA Clinics Program’s guidelines and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish all program marketing collaterals, including printed material, promotional giveaways, and office supplies, per EHA Clinics’ guidelines. Responsible for community management for EHA Clinics digital products. And supporting media outreach coverage.
  • Execute marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services, events, and educational content. Implement marketing and communications strategies to support outreach initiatives and events.
  • Generate engaging and compelling high-quality content for newspapers and magazines, social media, infographics, blogs and in-clinic awareness.

ENGAGEMENT

  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to align marketing strategies, communications with organizational objectives and foster collaborative efforts. Collaborate and execute communication strategies for webinar/conference, employee engagement initiatives and People and Culture Team.
  • Work with team to execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • Conduct interviews and capture quotes or stories as needed for reporting. Communicate monthly PR results, website analytics, and communications campaigns.
  • Advise with relevant stakeholders to align marketing strategies, communications with organizational objectives and foster collaborative efforts.

DELIVERY

  • Coordinate monthly communications support requests, ensuring timely execution of initiatives. Develop marketing collaterals including quarterly newsletters, banners, brochures, reports, and other internal and external communications. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive communications database.
  • Develop and execute the overall communications strategy for REACH to highlight program achievements and effectively communicate progress in line with REACH’s goals and objectives. Manage REACH’s social media channels and develop content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of the organization’s marketing and communication strategies on a monthly basis.
  • Develop messaging and provide quality assurance related to informational content and product development including graphic designs, PPTs, fact sheets, case studies, success stories, brochures, profiles, and the preparation of talking points.

Targeted Specialized Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related field. Proven experience of at least two years in digital marketing and marketing communications.
  • Hands on experience of social media in a professional setting and how to leverage social media/viral messaging as part of a PR strategy. Experienced in corporate communications and digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of the marketing mix. Proficiency in digital marketing and communication tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Professional Certification in Marketing or Communications.
  • Content writing and content creation abilities. (Photography and basic video editing skills). And Proficient in the use of Google Suite, and graphic design software.
