Job Summary

  • The Corporate Communications and Marketing Executivewill championthe hospital’s efforts to communicate its services and initiativesto various stakeholders, including patients, staff, the general public, and media.
  • This role will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans that drive patient acquisition and retention, as well as managing the hospital's public relations, digital presence, and branding activities.
  • The position requires a proactive approach to crisis communication and media relations, ensuring that the hospital’s image is consistently positive and professional.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement a comprehensive communications and marketing strategy aligned with the hospital’s objectives.
  • Createmarketing campaigns that promote the hospital’s services and programs.
  • Manage the hospital’s branding efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage relationships with media outlets.
  • Distribute press releases, media kits, and other communications materials.
  • Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and other media engagements to enhance the hospital’s public image.
  • Manage the hospital’s digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
  • Develop content strategies that engage and inform patients and the general public.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Manage internal communication channels to ensure staff are informed about hospital initiatives, policies, and achievements.
  • Develop and implement patient engagement programs that enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage the hospital’s response to emergencies and unexpected events.
  • Oversee the use of the hospital’s logo, branding materials, and visual identity to ensure consistency.
  • Monitor the hospital’s reputation and brand perception through regular analysis of public feedback and media coverage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3years of experience in communications and marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in managing media relations,digital marketing campaignsand brand management.
