Job Description
- Our client is seeking a Corporate Strategy & Brand Manager to lead and execute its strategic brand initiatives, ensuring consistent brand positioning and reputation across all platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for brand strategy, corporate communications, public relations, and overall brand management to enhance visibility, credibility, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives, aligning with the company's overall mission and vision.
- Define and maintain the company's brand positioning, unique value proposition, and messaging framework.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity, including logos, typography, color palettes, and imagery.
- Create and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, website, social media, and advertising.
- Develop and maintain key messaging frameworks, including core messages, elevator pitches, and boilerplates.
- Manage the company's brand assets, including logos, images, and videos, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and properly used and oversees the entire content creation process from inception to completion.
- Oversee all internal and external corporate communications, including press releases, speeches, and thought leadership content and Manage relationships with media houses, digital, print, PR, and events
- Support corporate and brand activations, including sponsorships, conferences, and networking events and ensure seamless execution of brand- focused events that align with marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the company's brand presence.
Person Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or marketing within a 360-marketing firm, agency, or related industry.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, social media analytics, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.
