About the Role
I’m looking for a proactive, creative, and organized assistant who can support both the school brand and minimal day-to-day administrative needs.
This role blends content management, social media coordination, and executive assistance at a minimal level, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Assist with content scheduling and posting across platforms ( WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Write captions, engage with followers, and manage DMs/comments professionally
- Assist with video editing (short-form clips, reels, YouTube shorts, etc.)
- Help plan and execute content calendars.
Administrative & Personal Support
- Handle customer service inquiries and message responses
- Keep track of ongoing projects, deliverables, and deadlines
Ideal Candidate
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic experience with Canva, CapCut, or other video editing tools
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social media best practices
- Reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
(Bonus) Some understanding of content strategy or brand storytelling
