Job Summary:

They are looking for a creative Designer who will play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life. This role involves creating visually impactful designs for multiple platforms, including social media, marketing materials, and web UI elements. The designer will lead creative brainstorming, oversee art direction, and collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent and innovative branding.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including social media, marketing materials, and web UI elements.
  • Translate Digital Flex’s brand vision into creative assets that align with its mission and identity.
  •  Oversee art direction for all projects, ensuring designs are cohesive, innovative, and consistent with the brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content teams, to produce cohesive branding materials.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and concepts for campaigns and initiatives.
  •  Design materials optimized for various platforms, including mobile, desktop, and print.
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly web UI elements, contributing to an exceptional user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design practices to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive.
  •  Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Maintain and enforce consistent branding across all visual touchpoints, from digital content to print materials.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in creative design, preferably with a focus on digital design and visual communication.
  • Experience in concept development, art direction, and design production across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to design for both digital and print media, and create compelling visual assets for advertising, social media, and websites.
  • A deep understanding of current design trends and the ability to incorporate modern, innovative techniques into your designs while maintaining the brand’s identity
  • A strong ability to generate fresh, innovative design ideas that drive brand growth, user engagement, and positive customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com to track tasks, manage design timelines, and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines, maintaining quality while ensuring timely delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Salary: ?200,000 -?300,00
