Job Summary
- The Creative Designer will help shape how Inspire Her Afrika tells its story.
- This role is for someone deeply creative skilled in visual design, short-form video, podcast editiing and storytelling who can bring IHA’s mission to life online.
- You’ll work with existing content (webinars, events, conversations) and help transform it into engaging visuals and short videos, while also collaborating with mentees, mentors to strengthen IHA’s brand and voice. This is a creative and strategic role, not just posting content.
Responsibilities
- Create graphics and short videos from IHA webinars, events, and programs
- Repurpose long-form content into reels, clips, and visuals. For instance, compile recap videos from IHA events, bootcamps, and mentor/mentee stories.
- Develop simple templates to ensure consistency across content
- Work with mentees and mentors to help bring their stories and insights to life.
- Edit IHA podcast episodes (audio cleanup, trimming, basic enhancements)
- Prepare podcast clips for social media promotion
- Prepare and upload edited webinar and video content to IHA’s YouTube channel.
Good Fit If You Are
- Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable with feedback
- Skilled in design and video editing (audio is a plus)

Salary
N50,000 per month.
